She currently serves as a paralegal at the prestigious National Security Law Firm, specializing in administrative law. With a strong foundation in business management from Santa Fe College and a Paralegal Certification from the Professional Career Development Institute (PCDI), Lisa brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role.
Lisa began her career in the legal field at an insurance defense firm, gaining extensive experience in personal injury cases including medical malpractice. Her career path evolved as she transitioned into construction law and spent 12 years as a litigation paralegal. During this time, Lisa excelled in preparing demands, mediation sessions, trial preparations, and discovery processes, consistently surpassing team fee goals.
Prior to her legal career, Lisa honed her managerial skills as a District Manager Trainer for a national jewelry retailer chain. Her role involved traveling across states to recruit, train, and support new team members, as well as contribute to the successful launch of new locations.

Outside of her professional pursuits, Lisa leads an active lifestyle participating in local 5k fundraisers and enjoying outdoor activities.
