Kayla Conners – Receptionist
Kayla Conners is the welcoming voice and first point of contact at the National Security Law Firm. With a career rooted in customer service, Kayla excels at ensuring every client interaction is positive and professional. Before joining NSLF, Kayla gained valuable experience working in credit and collections, as well as credit recovery, for a utility company. In this role, she also mentored new hire training classes, demonstrating her commitment to guiding and supporting others. Prior to that, she served as a secretary and attendance clerk in the school system, further honing her organizational and interpersonal skills.
At NSLF, Kayla’s primary responsibilities include managing incoming calls, greeting and directing clients to the appropriate personnel, and providing general information about the firm. Her ability to empathize, actively listen, and effectively communicate allows her to de-escalate high-stress situations and ensure every client feels heard and valued.
Kayla is inspired by the strong team dynamic at NSLF and the unwavering dedication the attorneys bring to their clients. She takes pride in contributing to an environment where clients are treated with care and respect.
Outside of work, Kayla enjoys gardening, camping, and giving back to her community through volunteer work, including at her local food bank.
