Logan Nelson is a U.S. Army veteran with over 22 years of experience in the Judge Advocate General’s (JAG) Corps, retiring at the rank of Master Sergeant (MSG). After military retirement, he transitioned to Microsoft, where he applied his leadership and operational discipline as an Incident Manager and Site Reliability Engineer. He later returned to the legal field as a Personal Injury Paralegal and now brings this blend of military, technical, and legal experience to his work in employment law at a national security-focused law practice.

Logan’s Army career began at Fort Bragg, North Carolina, where he developed and refined his paralegal and leadership capabilities, with a primary focus on military justice as well as operational and intelligence law. His experience includes multiple combat deployments to Iraq in support of Special Operations and selection—over other senior paralegals—to run the 82d Airborne Division’s Military Justice Division. He was ultimately assessed and selected to serve in a U.S. Army Special Operations Command unit in Virginia, where he served in dual roles as Chief Paralegal and Jumpmaster Instructor.

Across each chapter of his career, Logan is recognized for mission-oriented leadership, attention to detail, and consistent support of both teams and clients. His background spans high-tempo operational environments, complex legal processes, and enterprise incident response—experience that helps him bring calm, structure, and practicality to challenging matters. That combination of service, technical rigor, and legal expertise makes him a uniquely strong fit for employment law work in national security-adjacent contexts.
