Build a Remote Legal Career at National Security Law Firm
Are you searching for a remote attorney job that allows you to practice law from anywhere in the United States while handling meaningful and intellectually challenging cases?
National Security Law Firm (NSLF) is a fully remote national law firm serving clients in all 50 states. Founded in 2017, our team includes approximately 30 professionals, including 15 attorneys and 15 paralegals and legal support staff.
We are continually seeking talented attorneys who want to build long-term careers in a modern law firm that values flexibility, collaboration, client service, and professional growth.
Whether you are currently working in private practice, government service, public interest law, or an in-house legal department, NSLF may offer the opportunity to build a rewarding legal career without being tied to a physical office.
Why Attorneys Choose NSLF
Fully Remote Since Day One
NSLF was built as a remote law firm long before remote work became mainstream.
Our attorneys work throughout the United States while collaborating through proven systems, technology, and support staff.
You can practice law from wherever you live while maintaining a high level of client service and professional engagement.
If you are specifically interested in government-related legal matters, you may also wish to review our page on .
Practice Law Instead of Tracking Time
Most of our matters are handled on a flat-fee basis.
That means attorneys spend less time worrying about billable hours and more time focusing on legal strategy, client outcomes, and producing excellent work product.
We evaluate success based on results, professionalism, responsiveness, and client satisfaction—not how many six-minute increments you recorded.
Meaningful Client Work
The clients who hire NSLF are often facing career-changing or life-changing events.
Our attorneys help individuals protect:
- Careers
- Professional licenses and credentials
- Security clearances
- Federal employment opportunities
- Military careers
- Veterans benefits
- Reputations
- Future opportunities
The work is challenging, rewarding, and often deeply meaningful.
National Practice
Unlike many traditional law firms, NSLF serves clients throughout the United States.
Attorneys gain exposure to a wide variety of legal issues, administrative proceedings, investigations, appeals, and litigation matters while developing highly specialized expertise.
Because our firm focuses heavily on military and federal legal matters, attorneys interested in those practice areas should also review our dedicated page on .
Strong Administrative Support
Attorneys are supported by:
- Experienced paralegals
- Intake specialists
- Administrative personnel
- Marketing professionals
- Firm leadership
Our goal is simple: allow attorneys to spend their time practicing law rather than managing administrative tasks.
Steady Flow of New Clients
NSLF invests heavily in marketing and client acquisition.
Attorneys participate in consultations with prospective clients, explain legal options, evaluate potential matters, and help individuals determine whether representation is appropriate.
This allows attorneys to focus on serving clients rather than spending years building a book of business.
