Current Opportunity: Remote Attorney – Military and Federal Law
Location: Remote – United States
Responsibilities
- Represent military members, veterans, federal employees, contractors, and security clearance holders
- Draft legal briefs, appeals, motions, and memoranda
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Develop case strategy
- Participate in consultations with prospective clients
- Manage matters independently while collaborating with colleagues
Qualifications
- Active law license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- Five or more years of legal experience preferred
- Excellent writing and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Military, federal, administrative, employment, litigation, investigative, or regulatory experience preferred
