Current Opportunity: Remote Attorney – Military and Federal Law

Location: Remote – United States

Responsibilities

  • Represent military members, veterans, federal employees, contractors, and security clearance holders
  • Draft legal briefs, appeals, motions, and memoranda
  • Conduct legal research and analysis
  • Develop case strategy
  • Participate in consultations with prospective clients
  • Manage matters independently while collaborating with colleagues

Qualifications

  • Active law license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
  • Five or more years of legal experience preferred
  • Excellent writing and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Military, federal, administrative, employment, litigation, investigative, or regulatory experience preferred
