Master Sergeant (Retired) Adam Welch brings over 20 years of dedicated experience as a paralegal, progressing from entry-level to strategic positions within the US Army JAG Corps. Throughout his distinguished career, he has demonstrated proficiency across all legal disciplines within the Corps, always prioritizing the mission and the welfare of his teammates. Mr. Welch is particularly skilled in developing and implementing systems that promote efficiency, comradery, and advancement, ensuring desired outcomes for leadership. His professional profile is defined by a strong focus on team building, training, and an unwavering commitment to serving others.

Mr. Welch’s employment history includes several high-impact, leadership roles. As the Senior Military Justice Operations NCO for the XVIII ABN Corps and Chief Paralegal for CJTF-OIR (2014-2018), he managed Military Justice Operations (MJO) for an entire Corps, coordinated over 25 Courts-Martials and 400 administrative separations, and oversaw the development of more than 40 paralegal NCOs. Notably, he served as the chief paralegal for the forward legal office during the capture of western Mosul, where he advised on war crimes, developed Target Packets for legal sufficiency, and reported on CIVCAS. His experience also includes serving as Chief Paralegal for the 1st Capabilities Integration Group (ABN) (2019-2022), where he managed office logistics and personnel, and lobbied to US Army and JAG Corps leadership on behalf of the unit.
