Mr. Welch’s employment history includes several high-impact, leadership roles. As the Senior Military Justice Operations NCO for the XVIII ABN Corps and Chief Paralegal for CJTF-OIR (2014-2018), he managed Military Justice Operations (MJO) for an entire Corps, coordinated over 25 Courts-Martials and 400 administrative separations, and oversaw the development of more than 40 paralegal NCOs. Notably, he served as the chief paralegal for the forward legal office during the capture of western Mosul, where he advised on war crimes, developed Target Packets for legal sufficiency, and reported on CIVCAS. His experience also includes serving as Chief Paralegal for the 1st Capabilities Integration Group (ABN) (2019-2022), where he managed office logistics and personnel, and lobbied to US Army and JAG Corps leadership on behalf of the unit.
Complementing his extensive field and leadership experience, Mr. Welch has completed advanced professional military education, including the US Army Master Leader’s Course (Graduated 2021), the US Army JAG Corps Senior Leader’s Course (Graduated 2017), and the US Army Knowledge Management Course (Graduated 2018).
